The Shamanic Journey is a fundamental shamanic practice. It is key means by which the practitioner engages with the non-ordinary reality of the spirit world. This class is in two parts, one week apart, with exercises that you can do in between.
The first module introduces the journey process, including a discussion of the three worlds (lower, middle, and upper). The process is clearly outlined, with a brief journey experience, questions, and answers. You will receive "homework" so that you can practice on your own during the following week.
In the second module, you are invited to share your journeys and ask questions that come from your experiences. The discussion will then expand to deeper understanding of journey guides and practices.
