Jillian is an herbalist, nutritionist, personal trainer and exercise is medicine professional. She received a Master's of Science Degree in Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2012. That same year she became a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine as well. Since then, Jillian has been working towards bringing herbs and movement into the lives of those around her. She focuses on incorporating wellness practices into other's lives through her book: A Beginner's Guide to Wellness and personalized consultations. Working with Jillian is always a personal exploration of how your body interacts with the world and how you can make changes to support long term health and wellness in your life.
