Suann Polverari, ERYT, HC Yoga, Meditation, Belly Dance and Arthritis Exercise Teacher Suann is a graduate of OM yoga center where she focused her studies on yoga therapeutics and aliment based yoga practices. She has completed a training course with the Arthritis Foundation and is a trained exercise teacher. Suann graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds a certificate of accreditation as a HealthCare Counselor from the Teachers College of Columbia University and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). I struggled with weight, anxiety, migraines and stomach issues growing up but didn’t really care to do anything about it until I had my first son. His health problems forced me to take, both his and my health seriously. Not wanting to give pharmaceutical medications to a child I decided to continue my education; changing directions I looked to natural medicine. Earning my PhD helped me take charge of my children's heath and my own. For the last 15 years I have not only studied and practiced natural medicine, I have also lived it.
