Anna Clayton, founder of Insightful Transformation, helps people achieve effortless, rapid healing with her unique energy healing gifts. As the child of two psychotherapists, she always knew she wanted to help people. She became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist herself, but was frustrated by how long it took for clients to achieve their goals. She began studying energy healing in 2004, and then in 2012, she was sitting in meditation and could feel a download of powerful energy. "I thought I was just receiving a healing, but my spiritual teacher "appeared" and said that I had received the first of many transmissions of a new healing gift, Mother's Milk Divine Mother Energy." With her unique gifts, Clayton is able to work below the level of con-sciousness and clear issues at the root, whether the origin is this lifetime or a past life. Working in this way releases issues at the karmic level and even the genetic level, bypassing the resistance that can arise at the or-dinary level of consciousness and achieving rapid and permanent trans-formation. Clayton went on to expand her holistic health education by becoming a certified herbalist and shamanic healer, and certified holistic health coach. That expertise adds depth to her energy healing work, which she calls "Transformational Healing." She says "I love to work with Highly Sensitive People since I am one myself!" She offers individual 90-minute healing sessions in person or at a dis-tance, as well as monthly group healing events. Clayton teaches two other unique energy healing gifts, AngelHeart Healing Energy and Christ Light Healing Energy, by transmitting the ability to students in classes several times a year. She is a collaborative author of the forthcoming book, "Essential Healing for Your Spirit and Soul." Dr. Michelle Cleere Dr. Michelle's passion is unlocking the power of the mind so that elite performers can play better and happier. She coaches athletes, musicians, academicians, business leaders and other people who need to perform consistently at a high level. Performance Psychology Ph.D. Dr. Michelle holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a M.A. in Sports Psychology. She serves on the faculty of JFK University. Her research focuses on how the mind can be trained to improve performance and endurance. Her competitive spirit as a college basketball player and amateur triathlete inspired her to explore sports psychology to improve her own performance. Her big a-ha moment came in 1997 when coaching a team of amateur triathletes, most of whom were beginners. Simple mental skill training, perspective shifts and emotional support yielded almost magical results across the team. People who hated running learned to power up hills with mantras. People who were terrified of swimming in open water overcame their fear with visualizations. Everyone completed their race-including the woman who showed up to the first practice with a snorkel mask and fins-and most kept competing. Since then, Dr. Michelle has helped hundreds of athletes who compete in sports that require a high degree of mental endurance and toughness such as tennis, golf, triathlon, marathon, cycling and beach volleyball. She has also worked with concert musicians, academics competing for tenure and business executives. Collaborations and Publications Dr. Michelle collaborates with Dr. Oz, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Sharecare. She writes about elite performance and the mind-body connection for Triathlete Magazine, USA Triathlon, United States Professional Tennis Association, Professional Tennis Registry. She has authored two books: Shifting Gears: How Women Triathletes Balance Life with Sport and The Experience of Participating in a Triathlon.

Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr., received his B.A. from Yale University and his M.D. from Western Reserve University. In 1956, pulling the No. 6 oar as a member of the victorious United States rowing team, he was awarded a gold medal at the Olympic Games. He was trained as a surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic and at St. George's Hospital in London. In 1968, as an Army surgeon in Vietnam, he was awarded the Bronze Star. His scientific publications number over 150, "The Best Doctors in America" 1994-1995 published by Woodward and White cites Dr. Esselstyn's surgical expertise in the categories of endocrine and breast disease. In 1995 he published his bench mark long-term nutritional research arresting and reversing coronary artery disease in severely ill patients. That same study was updated at 12 years and reviewed beyond twenty years in his book, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, making it one of the longest longitudinal studies of its type. It is most compelling, as no compliant patients have sustained disease progression. Today, beyond 20 years compliant patients continue to thrive.
I am a professional competitive cyclist and a two-time Master's National Champion for road racing. I continue to train as an elite athlete and provide nutritional periodization plans to compliment training periodization plans. My professional passion is for helping people gain essential knowledge for promoting optimal health outcomes throughout the lifespan. Additionally, my desire is to help people put this knowledge into practice through behavior change strategies that take an ecological approach and address the cultural econiche, as well as the biological econiche. The end result of such endeavors should result in a proactive pursuit of compressed morbidity where life and wellness is fully realized and functional for most of the human life span, thus compressing the years of degenerative disease to the final stages of the life span. My personal passions include enjoying physical movement of many forms, the beauty of nature, and good foods.
