Josette Diaz is a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher and includes Spiritual Coaching in her Reiki Practice. She has been practicing Reiki for nine years and obtained all of her Certifications over a period of time in a class setting. In 2015 she founded Guidance to Wellness, Providing Reiki and Coaching for Life Wholeness and Balance. In her previous career, Josette worked for an Academic Medical Facility in a management position. After over 18 years in Healthcare, Josette was fortunate to have the opportunity to start a new career as a full time parent. During this time she started her journey with Reiki. She has been guided by the healing energy of Reiki ever since. After 13 years of raising her family, Josette was once again guided to start her own Practice. The healing energy of Reiki, helps to open doors and guide you to where you are called to go. This is Josette's belief. She is proof of the positive impact that can be profound if you are open to allowing the Universal Life Force to guide you. Coaching is a component of Guidance To Wellness that comes naturally to Josette. With her extensive management background as well as years of professional training and class work, including the biggest teacher of all, life experiences, Josette is able to guide others in opening up to hidden parts of themselves that are holding them back. In addition to providing Reiki and Spiritual Coaching, Josette is a volunteer at one of the major local hospitals in her area, offering Reiki to patients through the Integrative Healing Arts program. She is a teacher at the Poway Adult School; teaching introductory courses for Reiki. Josette also holds classes and workshops within her practice as well as certifying others as Reiki Practitioners. Guidance to Wellness is a professional practice following all guidelines outlined in the California Senate Bill SB-577. Josette is a member of good standing in the following organizations, San Diego Reiki Corps, International Center for Reiki Training/Affiliate program, and the International Association for Reiki Professionals. As part of these organizations, she follows a strict code of conduct and ethics.

I'm interested in so many spiritual and holistic areas. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, a private duty pediatric nurse, and a wife. I plan on going back to school for my NP most likely in Psychiatric Mental Health. I am an animal lover and gardener. I love to read.
