Alexis McFate

Alexis McFate is a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner of the Usui/Holy Fire Reiki lineage. Alexis believes that the best type of self-care experience is one that holistically attends to the highest standard of respect and attention to the inner self. Concepts such as self-nurturing and balance are integral to the philosophy of her practice. Alexis has accumulated much experience in the art of listening and aims to provide a caring ear for all of her clients and students. Above all else, Alexis emphasizes the value and preciousness of trust.
