Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating meditation experience to improve and support your mind, body and soul. All experience levels welcomed.
Learn the basic framework for yoga nidra guided meditation. This form of meditation has been highly researched as a therapeutic tool for reducing the symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and more. The technique allows for full-body relaxation while training the mind to focus on the subtle body. In this intro course, we’ll review some of the science, talk about the the technique and why it works, and practice a brief 15-minute guided meditation to prepare you for the best night’s sleep you’ll ever have!
There are many different processes in this world and most of them ask you to change who you are to get results. When you decide you want to communicate with spirit understanding how you perceive best, and getting out of your own way are key to a successful connection. During this class Jamie will take you through a simple questionnaire to help you identify your extra sensory strengths, and once they are identified she will explain how you can enhance them, practice growing them and even talk about some common blocks we create. It will be a quick class packed full of useful information. Handouts will be posted on the site for everyone to download.

Julie Holliday (The ME/CFS Self-Help Guru) is a writer and holistic life coach with a mission to help people with chronic illness take back control and live a relaxed, balanced more fulfilling life. She completely recovered from ME/CFS after five years and enjoyed 7 years of active, vibrant health. Although she's been stricken with the condition again, she now considers herself to be living a dream life, and wants to share all that she has learned to help others with chronic illness live one too!
Alexis McFate is a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner of the Usui/Holy Fire Reiki lineage. Alexis believes that the best type of self-care experience is one that holistically attends to the highest standard of respect and attention to the inner self. Concepts such as self-nurturing and balance are integral to the philosophy of her practice.
