Meditation ~ Join me the 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month for a free meditation. This is great for kids and teens to!
Note: The two recordings are not identical. Watch the Jan. 2018 recording first. 2017 explains the practical steps. The 2018 class plunges directly into showing you how to change your mind, your heart and desires on a very deep level, so no more willpower is needed. Both are incredibly powerful and you should watch them both! So many Americans hate exercise and won't do it. Not MY clients! They have learned the spiritual path to genuinely (no gimmicks) loving to feel their bodies move, and loving how they feel with veggies. We never have trouble making time for the things we love to do, and the things we love to eat. No willpower needed for me to spend an hour creating things with crochet, or photographing distant planets and galaxies. I love it! You love things, too. And you don't have to use any willpower to get yourself to do these things, do you? In this one hour class, I will start you on the road to LOVING your body, moving, and loving the taste of really good, healthy food. The spiritual path is unrelated to any religion or faith. Your spirit core is where your deepest desires live. Not the substitutes that you crave, because your life is too stressful and too filled with have-to, and not enough true joy. Not that. Your spirit core will lead you to the vision of yourself, and the decisions about your life that will transform your life - and your surface desires that now are driving your life in unhealthy directions. You can love exercise as I've learned to love it - because it is a time of loving myself and my family, preparing to do my very best as a healer, and having fun. In a typical week, I joyfully splash and play in water, deep-end in wonderfully creative dreams of crochet and acrylic artwork, and touch the deepest core of my soul. It's a wonderful life! No matter how many hats you are currently juggling and how many years it's been since you had anything other than popcorn and TV for yourself, if you take this class, you will be setting forth on the Hero's Journey to Health. After the class, you'll have the option of discounts on the entire transformation program. www.soaringdragon.biz

Three of the most destructive words to our ability to thrive are Coulda, Woulda, and Shoulda. How many times have we felt guilt, regret, and shame over our actions? I know that, when I started a deliberate forgiveness practice, it was *so* much easier to forgive others their transgressions than to forgive myself, for I *knew* how much I'd screwed up. But as long as we carry that guilt, we are not only chaining ourselves to our past, but we are depriving the world of what we could become. In The Power of Self-Forgiveness, you will learn: * How self-forgiveness can open up your life * Why we judge ourselves so harshly * Specific ways that you can learn how to make peace with your past If you find yourself awake at night, helplessly obsessing over things youve done wrong, please join me, and Ill help you make peace with yourself so you can live your life with confidence, gratitude, and love.

Beth Lynch, Intuitive Consultant, Medium and Founder of Inner Light Teaching, offers more than mediumship in her gatherings. She shares the power of understanding the relationship between the Spirit (relationship with God) and Self (personality). As a child, Lynch's sensitivity to thoughts and feelings confused and at times terrified her. Fast forward 30 years of curiosity, faith and healing it is now her passion and purpose - to help others understand intuition, healing, thoughts and the power of love. The death of both parents in a short period of time made her face the depths of loss and the process of healing grief. In the learning and healing process, the understanding of death also became clear. The truth transformed sensitivity into strength. In turn her intuitive gifts and abilities were clearly about helping her but also to help others. Living a life committed to meditation, higher awareness and personal healing her sensitivity to the Spiritual realm became natural and helping others was inevitable. She feels blessed to help others connect to those crossed as well as intuitively guide them to a place of higher understanding in their own journey. She has been practicing meditation and alternative methods to healing and higher awareness for 28 years and knows first hand the importance of balancing a spiritual practice, motherhood and career. She has founded the Inner Light Awareness and Practitioner Program and is passionate about teaching meditation to all ages. She volunteers in her communities to teach and share meditation and wisdom. Beth truly feels life experiences will be our greatest opportunity to learn and our greatest teacher. Embracing all roles in life as a mother, woman and intuitive she feels is a blessing and hopes to help others recognize the privilege of life. The understanding that we are energy, we are One, is important to hold in our minds and hearts for survival in our world today. She embraces all roles as woman, mother, author and teacher, and knows the energy to balance comes from the commitment to the relationship one has with the Divine.
