Before you buy- Educate Yourself. There is so much to learn. What bowls are really antique vs new bowls made to look old? What to listen for in a bowl, the best usage for different types of bowls, authentication and more. There are so many people selling bowls today. This class helps you to distinguish between quality and 'tourist' bowls. If you already have a bowl, you will learn more about its type, history and the Tibetan principals that helped to shape it. You will also be introduced to the family of sacred sound instrument that are used for healing. Tibetan bowls are powerful instruments. This is a great class to take if you are interested in acquiring and/or using Tibetan singing bowls for meditation and healing. We will follow with a series of classes which introduce you to some fundamental principals of sound healing with these instruments. Many people have only one or two bowls and the classes will cover usage that will not be harmful. Future classes will show you more advanced protocols for working with the instruments and how to use these instruments for Space Clearing.

Louise Kanjee is an experienced meditation facilitator and Reiki Master and has been on her own personal spiritual journey for over 20 years. She has personally used many methods of meditation including Raja yoga, bhakti yoga, mindfulness and shamanic journeying and incorporates techniques from all of those traditions in her classes. Louise says: As a natural health practitioner and meditator I see meditation as a tool for spiritual growth and also of wellbeing - using meditation as a healing tool and as a way of giving me insights into how my health can be improved by understanding how the roots of illness start in my thoughts, feelings and emotions and using meditation as one of the ways to transform those and thereby transform myself. Evalena Rose, The Alchemy of Love: Evalena is a therapist, intimacy and communications coach in private practice 33 years. She blends metaphysical and therapeutic practices with healing work that is multi-dimensional and transformative. She channels the Council of Twelve, co-creating deeply therapeutic and life-affirming sessions with individuals and groups. She had decades of study in alternative healing, shamanism, spiritual paths, Soul Retrieval, inner child work, and recovery from abuse and addiction. For 27 years, she has practiced Tantra, teaching it for 18 years. In 1997, she founded LoveJourney: The Healing Path of Tantra which is both workshops and the home of a compassionate community of sex-positive, spiritually focused individuals. She is active in the Network for a New Culture, hosting monthly gatherings and helping train people in Zegg Forum Facilitation as this is a great way for communities to communicate with themselves. Her life is one of service to the ideals of love, transparency, and deep spiritual fulfillment.
Diane Mandle is an internationally known Sound Healer, Teacher, Recording Artist with Sounds True and Author based in San Diego. The only State Certified Tibetan bowl sound healer in California, she is a frequent presenter at the Deepak Chopra Center, the Golden Door and Rancho la Puerta. She has been part of the Integrative Therapy Team at San Diego Cancer Center, has presented workshops for cancer patients at Sharp and Scripps hospitals and developed and conducted a program for incarcerated veterans with PTSD. Diane offers workshops and concerts internationally and operates the Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing School in southern California. She is featured in the upcoming television series: Tao- Living in Balance along with healers such as Deepak Chopra and John Gray.
