She has over 20 years experience working in Mental Health with Survivors of trauma and abuse. Sophie has particular expertise in teaching the Open Heart Breathing Technique. She is a private caterer for people seeking an anti inflammatory, weight loss diet based on Traditional Nutritional International Cuisine. Sophie has travelled India extensively and is currently working on a feature length film based on footage from the Hindu Sacred Sites. She is the author of 'Cooking With the Six Tastes: An Ayurvedic Journey to Health and Happiness', due to be released in 2016.
