Join us for our weekly open discussion on health and wellness topics that are important to you. Bring your own questions for us to discuss or sit back and listen to what we have to say on the week's topic. Discussion is not limited to the topics presented for the week. If you have another question we are happy to answer it and discuss other topics as well. While some classes may be discussing radical choices, The Dancing Herbalists believes that all individuals have their own path to wellness and that part of the path is deciding what food, movement, and other wellness practices are right for you.
