Participants will learn about the most current research on hope after loss, and will be provided with inspirational stories from Open to Hope cable television and radio show guests, and personal experiences that support the research and show that despite profound loss, people can and do find hope and happiness again.

Dr. Gloria Horsley and Dr. Heidi Horsley, are a mother/daughter team, and international psychology experts on grief and loss. Gloria earned a Masters Degree in Psychiatric Nursing from University of Rochester, a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University, and a Doctorate in Psychology from Holos University. Heidi earned a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Loyola in New Orleans, a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, and a Doctorate in Psychology from University of San Francisco.
