Description
All yoga was not created equal! In the eyes of practitioners, that is! While yoga in all its forms can create health it can also diminish it. In this workshop we will look at optimal ways of sequencing a yoga class for the 60+ community that encourages healing and healthy living, while diminishing the possibility of injury.

Pre-requisites
Knowledge of classic yoga asana is recommended but not a requirement.

For "50 Hour Yoga For Aging Bodies" Teacher Training Certificate please complete all 5 lectures/workshops and contact Jenn for homework assignments.

When the scales are tipped in favor of one over others imbalances will show up in the form of physical or mental health issues.
