In this intelligently sequenced flow, we will move with our breath and focus on twists! Twists are a great way to add flexibility and strength to the spine and entire core, and also help to compress the organs, moving things through the system! Lots of modifications will be offered, as well as options to check in with your body in order for you to create the class that works the best in YOUR body.

8 Classes are included in this series... only $6 Per Class! All classes will be recorded - practice anytime, anywhere! This class series is designed to reduce stress, increase your range of motion and flexibility. It is for all fitness levels. All classes include breath techniques to increase lung capacity and a guided meditation at the end of each class to relax both the body and the mind. This class is ideal for those beginning to learn yoga as well as those with limited mobility. Tuesday's we practice Restorative Yoga @ 4:30p EST Friday's we practice Gentle/Chair Yoga @ 9:30a EST Restorative Yoga This class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your flexibility. The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach). Gentle/Chair Yoga This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will also be some standing poses.

Breathe, Move & Energize! 8 Classes are included in this series! Only $6 per class Recorded LIVE Classes -- practice anywhere anytime! Ready to reduce stress and energize your body? All classes are designed to reduce stress using the breath with dynamic movements and poses to release tension and energize the body. Each class is different but equally energizing. We will begin with a traditional flow such as sun salutations and move into salutation variations and standing flows. Poses will combine strength, flexibility and balance. Classes will also include floor exercises and a final relaxing guided meditation. All levels of experience are welcome.
