Faith Halverson-Ramos is a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) working in private practice in Colorado. Her passion is helping people enhance their health and well-being through musical expression. Central to her work is an understanding of the power of music, embodied presence, and creating personal and transpersonal meaning. As a therapist, she works with adults in the areas of aging, grief and loss, and life transitions. She also works with children and teens who are struggling with anxiety and personal identity. Besides her therapy work, Faith also provides individual music instruction to children, teens, and adults, as well as early childhood family music and movement classes. An experienced presenter and performer, Faith has presented to diverse audiences worldwide. Presentation topics include: music and mindfulness, voicework, and music therapy in end-of-life care. Faith performs as a contemplative singer-songwriter and leads music for trans-denominational spiritual services. She is also part of the intergenerational musical comedy duo, "Faith and Foolishness."
