My name is Michael Perrozzi; I specialize in strength and conditioning with experience in corrective exercise as well. I take a no nonsense, methodical approach to getting strong and healthy: better movement equals a better, healthier you. My methods include mostly training with barbells and kettlebells with a healthy mix of conditioning, but always includes an in depth explanation of what we're doing, how to do it, and why we're doing it.
