Beginners 10-Week Yoga Programme
Fancy regaining flexibility and an open mind, improving strength of mind and body?
Not sure where to start with yoga? This 10 Week Beginners Programme covers all the
main types of yoga poses and their key benefits for health. We cover Standing Poses,
Forward Bends, Backward Bends, Hip Openers, Core Strengtheners, Balances, Twists
and Inversions plus we look at the differences between the styles of Hatha and
Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Breathing exercises (pranayama) and mindfulness are also
covered. At the end of this course you will have ALL the basics you need to start
attending a regular yoga class or develop your own home practice. Hand-outs are
available and personal advice given where possible.
