The Question: How can I fix any audio issue that I am encountering?
The Answer: If your audio is not functioning in the session, there is a specific tool to help resolve the issue. Once in the virtual classroom, at the top of the interface, select "Tools > Audio > Audio Setup Wizard." It will take you through a process where you can select which audio devices to use and then test the sound.
Tip: if you are NOT hearing audio, you will need to run the Audio Setup Wizard and select a different audio device, as it is likely that your computer is using the wrong audio device.
