Learn the basic framework for yoga nidra guided meditation. This form of meditation has been highly researched as a therapeutic tool for reducing the symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and more. The technique allows for full-body relaxation while training the mind to focus on the subtle body. In this intro course, we€™ll review some of the science, talk about the the technique and why it works, and practice a brief 15-minute guided meditation to prepare you for the best night€™s sleep you€™ll ever have!

Christina lives in Sydney Australia. She has been studying and practicing the art of meditation and healing since 2000. She travelled the world to understand and study the various belief systems, religions and to learn ways to heal the body. Sharon Carne, BMus, M.F.A. is an author, speaker, musician, recording artist, sound healer, Reiki master and consultant. She has been a faculty member of The Conservatory at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta since 1988. Sharon is the founder of Sound Wellness, whose programs are at the forefront of education in how sound and music can be easily applied to your everyday life - to reduce stress, help you concentrate, energize you, inspire you, support your health, and so much more. Sharon is the author of Listen from the Inside Out, and has produced and recorded several CDs, solo and with others. She is invited to speak about sound healing to a wide variety of corporate and private audiences,
Julie Holliday (The ME/CFS Self-Help Guru) is a writer and holistic life coach with a mission to help people with chronic illness take back control and live a relaxed, balanced more fulfilling life. She completely recovered from ME/CFS after five years and enjoyed 7 years of active, vibrant health.
