A true teacher. This was exceptional, even for Kristen. Her talk before the meditation began was enlightening, so clear and inspiring. A perfect prelude to the meditation. The insights in every session are prompts for my own writing and growth. We have time to talk about what we experience and Kristen takes us even further in a collaborative, supportive climate. Introduction to Meditation Class. A great introductory experience to a guided meditation by an outstanding teacher. For those who think meditation is sitting silently, trying to banish the random thoughts banging around your head by concentrating on deep breathing, this class will literally be a breath of fresh air. Kristen takes you on a journey inside yourself and to the universe beyond self. Emerge refreshed, centered and enlightened.

Great way to start the day. I have taken Kundalini Yoga classes with Kristen, and as she does with yoga, in this meditation class Kristen facilitated an inner opening for me. I had a feeling of lightness.

Great way to start the day!. It was a beautiful meditation practice. I would like to see Kristen in a larger window though as it was very small. There were a few issues with sound too. But it is a class I would do again!
