How To Get Out Of Your Own Way

I really loved this lecture, especially the way Theresa uses a storytelling-type style to provide the many historic events and facts that led to our general subconscious programming since birth. I loved learning about how certain things we experience today came to be and why. It makes so much sense and makes it easier to understand what I need to be aware of as I work on changing my negative habits and self sabotaging thoughts and belief systems. I do wish this course could have elaborated more on the process for changing the negative programming in the brain and turning it into positive subconscious programming, maybe discussing techniques or steps to take that help explain HOW you can make these positive subconscious changes in your brain to improve self-love and positive beliefs and thoughts. I hope there will be another course on the How-To part:)

I have been a Type 1 diabetic for 46 years and have never felt I could change that until recently -during my awakening to the evil, elitist, money hungry controllers of this planet trying to kill us all. I get it now!! I do not believe the health industry or trust the medical profession and absolutely am discussed with the pharmaceutical profession. Great inspiring session!. Great session where Theresa shared her own personal experience and knowledge. She provided hands on tips and tools to get started by yourself right away. I left the session with a new view on food and eating mindful.
