Hey guys, In this class we will start with an introduction to what meditation is, the benefits and science behind it, do's en dont's, tips, etc... after this introduction we will do the 10 mindfulness movements of Buddhist zen master Thich nhat hanh which will bring you into a calmer, mindful and peaceful state of mind and then we will do a total relaxation guided meditation where we try to raise your energetic vibration to a higher frequency and reach inner peace and connection.Hope to see you soon, love Emanuelle.
Additional Information
Please have a pillow and blanket ready for laying down or meditation pillow if you prefer sitting. Wear comfortable clothing.
