Helena Montelius

Helena Montelius, Certified Facilitator of The Work, Founder of The Look Within Institute, Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, has practiced The Work since 2000 and became certified in 2012. She is a Zen and Buddhist-style Meditation practitioner/teacher since 30 years. She shares her work through private consultations, on-line classes and live retreats. She moved to the U.S from her native Sweden 30 years ago and lives in northern California on seventeen acres with her family and dogs. Helena's students love her tender compassion and fierce dedication to truth.
