Meditation for Everyone. This class is geared for mediation for everyone going thru these unpresented times. Meditation is a great tool to use on a daily basis to help one thru these rough waters.

Mindfullness in times of stress. I thought it was ok but her voice was very monotone

Being in the Bardo. Being in the Bardo class was perfect for the times we are living in now since there is so much change in thr world right now. Being in the Bardo is living in the moment which we should all do right now because it is living in a gap or a pause from a past that we no longer can live in and have to let go of and the future which is very unknown at this point. It is a place where we can redefine and readapt our lives for the future

Beth Cornell's Mindful Meditation for Stressful Times. Beth has a calming and reassuring voice/ She is taking the core ideas of mindful meditation and applying them directly to the issues we all are having at this time. I like that she is recording her classes in cases you would like to listen to it again or miss the class. She is helping me a great deal in staying calm, in the present, and dealing with all the changes we must make at this time.I have forwarded her link to others in hopes that this may help them as well. Great meditation on breathing technique. This introduction to mediation class focused on breathing technique and was great. I incorporated meditation into my life recently and this class made me realize that I was doing it all wrong. I could actually relax my mind as well as my body. Previously, I was having a difficult time clearing my mind and keeping still but Beth's technique took care of that. I'm grateful to have found this site and Beth's class.
