It was as if I was physically lifted out of my blah, grey energy state and gently set down with a clean, bright, energy and outlook on life. (It still with me as I write this the next day.)

A helpful, peaceful experience. Laura was articulate and organized in her approach and focused on three meditative techniques that can be easily and readily applied in our daily lives. Her closing healing meditation was both relaxing and rejuvenating. I have already signed up for her Sept. 20 class.

Computer issues. Laura: The content of the course was outstanding. I had been up two days straight as the police department I work for made me work 32 horus in two days. I tried to stay awake for the entire program as I was excited for it, but was having computer issues. I have a brand new computer, so I am not sure what the issues were. You would speak for maybe one minute, then the computer would freeze for something like 15 seconds. This kept doing this and after a while became arduous in following the content of the class.
