For those who think meditation is sitting silently, trying to banish the random thoughts banging around your head by concentrating on deep breathing, this class will literally be a breath of fresh air. Great way to start the day!. It was a beautiful meditation practice. I would like to see Kristen in a larger window though as it was very small. There were a few issues with sound too. But it is a class I would do again!
