Join me for 45 minutes of breathing exercises. We will go through multiple exercises that you can learn and repeat on your own to help promote mental and physical wellbeing. Breathwork is a great way to calm the body and the mind, supporting the nervous system as it slows down after a long day. This is great for anxiety, getting ready for bed or just a long day. Exercises range from 3-15 minutes, so they can easily fit into anyone's busy life. We use our breath to become more present, through presence we are able to have greater control over our body and mind functions and reactions. This translates into a greater ability to relax and slow down in stressful situations- which ultimately keeps us healthy and able to cope with difficulty.
